Instant Delivery (Kuta, Tuban, Legian, Seminyak area)
Via GoSend/GrabExpress, estimated arrival 1–3 hours after payment is confirmed (orders before 18.00 WITA). Shipping cost is included in the total payment at checkout.
Regular Delivery
Within Bali: 1–2 business days. Outside Bali (JNE/J&T/other couriers): 2–5 business days. Tracking number provided once the package is handed to the courier.

Return Policy
- Claims for damaged/incorrect items must be made within 2×24 hours of receipt, with unboxing video.
- Opened food/medicine products cannot be returned, except for manufacturing defects.
- Replacement or full refund is processed within 3 business days after claim approval.
